We’ve streamlined the process so you don’t have to leave the house:
The Visit: We come to you for a professional fitting and secure garment pickup.
The Craft: Your repairs, resizing, or styling are completed with precision at our studio.
The Return: Once perfected, your items are delivered back to you via tracked post.
This exclusive concierge service is currently running as a trial on Fridays only, between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM.
Service Fee: $50 Flat Rate* (Covers travel and professional fitting; alteration labor is quoted separately. See Standard pricing here)
We are currently visiting locations within a 30-minute drive of Carlingford (off-peak), including:
North & Northern Districts: Carlingford, North Rocks, Telopea, Dundas Valley, Oatlands, Epping, Eastwood, Marsfield, Macquarie Park, and North Ryde.
The Hills & Upper North Shore: West Pennant Hills, Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill, Cherrybrook, Hornsby, Wahroonga, Normanhurst, and Thornleigh.
Western & Greater West: Parramatta CBD, Westmead, Wentworthville, Seven Hills, Blacktown, Kings Langley, Greystanes, and Merrylands.
Inner West Edge: Ryde, West Ryde, Ermington, Melrose Park, and Silverwater.
Availability: Strictly limited to Fridays, 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
Travel Zone: The $50 rate applies within a 30-minute radius of Carlingford. Locations outside this zone may incur a travel surcharge.
Service Fees: The $50 fee covers the concierge visit and fitting. Alteration costs are quoted on-site based on the work required.
Return by Post: Standard postage is included for up to 5kg. Express or heavy items will be quoted accordingly.
Cancellations: We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
